To determine property ownership-of-record:

Call the Clerk of Court’s office, 389-3950, with address.

They should be able to give you lot # & subdivision of record.

Then, call the Assessor’s office, 389-3920, with lot # & subdivision, telling them you want owner-of-record.

They should be able to give you owner-of-record with address.
